1. What This Website Is
Louisville Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning Louisville, Kentucky. It hosts no government records and has no relationship with Jefferson County, a court, a library, or any public custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq.). Nothing here, and nothing any linked search tool returns, is a consumer report, and none of it may be used to judge eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
